To place an order, simply browse our website and choose the items you’d like to purchase. Once added to your cart, proceed to checkout to review your order and complete your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including free shipping for the exchange.

Please note that items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or excessive wear are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Is Free For All Orders

Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 6 business days, and delivery may take up to 10 additional business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

It can take 1–2 days for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system. Occasionally, delays or issues may occur. If your tracking number still isn’t working after a few days, please reach out to the shipping carrier.

Orders ship within 5–6 business days. If you haven’t received your order after 12 business days, please contact us.

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

After your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking details and a link to monitor your order’s status.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or around your property.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered early — please allow one additional business day. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to file a claim.

At this time, we do not provide gift wrapping or personalized gift messages for orders.

Will you ship to my PO Box?

Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

We use high-level security measures to keep your personal information safe when you make a purchase.
All credit card data is encrypted during transmission through SSL technology, which is commonly used for secure payments online. Your card information is only used to complete your transaction and is not retained.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. After approval, it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your card provider.

We aim to issue refunds promptly. If there’s any delay, feel free to reach out to us with your order number for assistance.

  • If you receive a damaged item: while we take care in quality control, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
  • If you receive the wrong product, including differences in style, color, or size.
  • If items are missing from your order upon delivery.

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and cannot be redirected. If the refund cannot be completed, we will reach out to collect alternative bank details and ensure the transfer is successful.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Assembled or installed items
  • Products without original packaging or condition
  • Opened sealed items
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Defective items must be reported within 48 hours. If confirmed, replacements are provided free of charge. Items damaged by misuse are not eligible.

We do our best to ensure every item is securely packed, but if anything arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.
